MEET Kathy Romaine

Hi, I’m Kathy Romaine, a Realtor® with Elite Realty, proudly serving Western Kentucky. My mission is to make every client’s real estate journey as smooth and stress-free as possible—whether you’re buying, selling, relocating, or investing. While I’m new to the industry, I’m backed by an incredible team of seasoned professionals who bring decades of combined experience. Their mentorship, paired with my background in leadership, communication, and systems, allows me to serve my clients with professionalism, precision, and care.

Guided by my Christian faith, I strive to serve others with honesty, compassion, and integrity in every interaction. I’m also a proud member of the Christian Real Estate Network, a community of professionals committed to faith-based service and ethical excellence in real estate.

I’m also a U.S. Army veteran with over 15 years of service, including two deployments to Afghanistan. I’m a Class of 2007 graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point and hold a master’s degree from The Ohio State University. Having moved frequently throughout my military career, I understand the challenges and emotions that come with relocating—whether across town or across the country. That experience fuels my commitment to guiding clients through the process with care. I’m also MRP (Military Relocation Professional) certified, which equips me to better serve the unique needs of military members, veterans, and their families.

I speak Arabic fluently and am currently learning Spanish, because I believe language is a powerful way to build trust and meaningful connections.

When I'm not helping clients, you can find me enjoying time with my family and friends, staying active, being outdoors, volunteering and being involved at church.
